Surmayi is originated from an Urdu word “Surma”, that means black or dark grey kohl (used for putting it on the corner of eyes), in Hindi it’s known as “Kajal.”

For eg: Surmayi shaam is tarah aaye, (Comes like a beautiful dark night.) Surmayi is always used for praising anything.
