Muqarrar is an Urdu word, it means “established, fixed, certain, customary, permanent” in English, while in Hindi it’s called as “sthaapit/स्थापित, sthir/स्थिर, kuch/कुछ, prathagat/प्रथागत, sthaayi/स्थायी.”
