Lazim/Lazmi (लाजिम/लाज़मी)

Often used in Indian songs as “Lazmi,” while the correct usage is Lazim

Origin: Arabic

Lazim is an Urdu word, it means “necessary, compulsory, important” in English, while in Hindi it’s called as “zaroori/ज़रूरी, anivarya/अनिवार्य, mehatvapoorna/महत्वपूर्ण.”
