Ijaazat is an Urdu word, it means “permission/leave/sanctioned” in English, while in Hindi it’s called as “anumati/avkaash/manzoor.”

For eg: “Aur phir ijaazat bina, chori se dil mein basaa” which means, “and then without permission, stayed in the heart, furtively.”
