Daur (दौर)

Origin: Arabic

Daur is an Urdu word, it means “revolving/period/cycle/orbit” in English, while in Hindi it’s called as “ghoomnewala/घूमनेवाला, avadhi/अवधि, chakra/चक्र, kaksha/कक्षा.”

For eg:Lagta hai aaj kal daur apna aayega” which means, “it feels like now a days our time will come.”
