Barkat/Barkut

Origin: Arabic

Barkat is an Urdu word, it means “abundance/prosperity/blessing/auspiciousness” in English, while in Hindi it’s called as “bahutayaat/samriddhi/ashrivaad/mangal.”

For eg: “Meri fitrat badal rahi hai, jaise barkat koyi huyi hai” which means, “my nature is changing, as if some blessing is here.”
