Arunita Kanjilal is a very talented singer. She is from Kolkata, West Bengal and she dreams of becoming a playback singer. Arunita participated in Zee Bangla’s singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Little Champs in 2013 and was also the winner of the show. In season 12 of Indian Idol in the year 2020, Arunita impressed all the judges and audiences with her singing. In every episode, she gave better from one another performance. Arunita also sang songs on the stage of many singing programs she also performed stage shows abroad with Bollywood singer Shaan Mukherjee.
Life
Arunita hails from Bangaon in West Bengal. She did her schooling at St. Xavier’s School, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Arunita completed her 12th from Kumudini Girls’ High School, Bangaon, Kolkata, and is now pursuing her graduation. She started learning music from the age of eight, she was inspired by her mother, her mother also used to sing. She received her early music education from her mother, then Nandita Chaudhary taught her to sing. Apart from this, she also learned music from her maternal uncle and revealed that her mother was her first teacher.
